As Vice President, Executive Consultant Lead with DEKRA’s Strategic Consulting team, Angelica is committed to transforming organizational cultures and building safer workplaces through the strategic application of behavioral science. With nearly three decades of experience across diverse industries, she supports organizations in achieving safety excellence at all levels.
Dr. Grindle’s work centers on guiding organizations through cultural transformation, preventing serious injuries and fatalities (SIFs), developing effective safety leadership, and fostering meaningful employee engagement. Leveraging her expertise as a Ph.D. behavior analyst, she partners with organizations to design and implement change initiatives tailored to their unique needs, creating environments where safety is ingrained and enduring.
Dr. Grindle received her master’s in industrial psychology and her doctorate in applied behavior analysis from Western Michigan University.
As a recognized thought leader, Angelica has been published in trade outlets such as Safety and Health Magazine and respected journals, including the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management and the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. She is also an in-demand speaker and serves as the Executive Sponsor of DEKRA’s Safety in Action® Conference, where she is committed to advancing evidence-based practices that drive meaningful, lasting change in organizational cultures.
Angelica lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. When she is not working, she loves to travel and to spend time with her family.
