Chilworth UK Awarded OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Certification

Southampton, UK - June 29, 2015 – Chilworth Technology, a DEKRA Insight company, helping process industries avoid major fire, explosion and loss of containment events, today announced its UK division has been certified under standards developed by the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS).
OHSAS 18001:2007 is an international standard that is developed by the OHSAS Project Group. The aim is to assist organizations in managing and controlling their health and safety risks and continually improving their OH&S performance.

The UK division of Chilworth announces the OHSAS certification on the heels of earning its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management certification.
The formal OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate for the full scope of its UK activities (consulting, training, testing, and instrument manufacture in process safety) was issued on June 23rd.
